This policy describes how SARL Sport, Applications et Performance ("Neuraccure") processes personal data collected through the website neuraccure.com: the contact form, the trial request form, and website browsing. It does not cover data processed within the Neuraccure application during assessments carried out by a healthcare professional on their patients or athletes — this processing is covered separately in the application's user manual and in a data processing agreement signed with each client organisation.

• Trial request form name, profession, place of practice, email address, phone number.

• Responding to your contact or trial requests — pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Supporting you during your trial period and, if you wish, offering you a suitable subscription plan — legitimate interest in the context of a professional (B2B) relationship.
• Measuring and improving website traffic — consent or legitimate interest, depending on the tool used.

Data recipients

Data collected via the forms is processed by the Neuraccure team and shared with our email and customer relationship management provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a company based in France, solely to follow up on your request. Retention period

Data of individuals who do not follow up on an initial contact is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Client data is kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Security

Neuraccure implements proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect the data collected (encrypted HTTPS connection, access restricted to authorised personnel).

Cookies

This website may use cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, as well as, where applicable, audience-measurement cookies. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are currently used. Where applicable, a dedicated banner will allow you to accept or decline non-essential cookies on your first visit.
