Mobile Video Oculography (eVOG)
The development of Vision has started in 2018 when the first iOS devices which were equipped with 3D facial recognition were released.
As eye movements are frequently and early impaired in various neurodegenerative diseases, as well as in sports related concussions, we wanted to design an app that could easily give insightful information without requiring specific skills in neuro-ophthalmology.
After several years of development, we achieved our goal and demonstrated that eVOG was able to provide reliable results in comparison to the gold standard exam.
